We just bought our first house with Sanit and we were very happy with the entire process. Despite record low inventory and crazy bidding situations, we were able to get a house within three months in exactly the neighborhood we wanted, at a price we were happy with.

We decided to go with Sanit after meeting her at an open house, where despite being the selling agent she gave us a lot of attention and listened to our needs. Throughout the process, Sanit hustled: she had good relationships with many of the other agents, brought us pre-market opportunities, and was very fast in her communication with seller's agents. Sanit was also very accurate about predicting how much houses would go for and did not hesitate to let us know if she thought that was above what we should pay. She didn't pressure us to buy things that we did not like or that were not worth the price. Sanit's relationship with the seller's agent and deep knowledge of the market ended being instrumental to our getting a deal we liked on our house.

Sanit is amazing! We were looking to buy in the bay area for a long time and kept coming short in bids.  We were losing hope but was referred to Sanit. In our first meeting, she said she usually gets her clients in a house within the first offer.  We didn't think that was possible but we had a great feeling about her. She seems to really know her stuff and was on top of it. 

Well, a month into working together, we found a house to put an offer on (our first offer with Sanit). Lo and behold, we got the house!?! We could not believe we looked for so many years and to get the house of our dreams within a month with Sanit!  

Looking back at our experience, here's what sets Sanit apart:
1. She has built good relationships with other local agents and I believe they know she'll get the deal done
2. She seems to do whatever to get things done
3. She is very knowledgeable about the market and will tell you how much she thinks will get the house (and backs it up with solid data) 

Even after getting our house and moving in, when I had a problem and wanted to get her advice, she was there.  She's even followed up a few times to make sure my issues have been solved.

Sanit has been fantastic.  She's very easy to work with, knows her stuff, and she listens very well.  She identified the right properties we were looking for, was on-time wherever we went, and guided us through the entire process, even including after the purchase.  We're passing her referrals for everyone we know.  The next time around, we'll of course work with her again.

Sanit stepped in when our Realtor (provided by my relocation agency) had gone on vacation, and she did a phenomenal job of getting up to speed on our preferences, giving local advice, showing us homes (night or day!), and finally presenting two offers for us, the second of which got accepted. Sanit's strengths lie in her dedication to her work and her clients - she never said no to any of our requests. She always figured out a way to make it work. She understood our motivation and drive to purchase a home as soon as possible, without many compromises, and she advised on ways we could achieve this. Given me and my husbands work schedules, she worked around this, communicating with us at night as needed to put together urgent paperwork and get signatures. We always feel very comfortable approaching Sanit (or her partner who we also worked with closely), with any questions or favors. 

Overall, our home-buying experience, in a tough, fast, stressful market like that of the peninsula , was relatively smooth and enjoyable, and that is largely because of both the realtors we had the pleasure of working with. After our home purchase, I have stayed in touch with Sanit, and gotten lots of good local advice, and even personal help regarding my childs daycare. I'd recommend working with Sanit!

Buying a house in the Bay Area is a daunting task: high prices that rise every month, 8-10 bidders on every home, crazy expectations around contingencies, etc. We could not have successfully navigated the process without Sanit's help. She was honest, responsive, and took the time to get to know us and make sure we found the home that was right for us. A few examples...
1) Sanit actually steered us away from a house we originally liked due to some funky disclosures... stuff we probably would not have caught.

Sanit is one of those agents I would aspire to be should I ever see myself going into the real estate business. She is absolutely perfect. Going into my first home purchase in a location I wasn't overly familiar with and not knowing exactly what I wanted, Sanit helped me assess all my options and was patient throughout the whole process. She was available at all times throughout the day to answer my questions/concerns and was on top of all deadlines and paperwork.  Her most remarkable quality, however, is the fact that she treated my home search with the utmost importance. This can't be said for other agents I have had to work with. In this day and age, knowledgeable agents are plentiful but one that can make you feel as if you're their most important client are difficult to come by. Sanit is both.

We were lucky to work with a 'Wonder Women' team this fall to find and purchase our dream home, and Sanit was the muscle behind the scenes making it all come together as beautifully as it did. I was working with 3 other real estate agents before meeting Sanit. The previous 3 agents had a very nonchalant approach in helping me look for a home. They weren't very attentive, they seem to not know much about the property we visited, and they really weren't that attentive. I seemed like just another client to them. I actually resorted to MLSlisting.com to search on my own but my friend introduced me to Sanit and I must thank him! Sanit is very attentive in trying to understand my needs and only focused on homes that fit it and others she thought could be a fit. After months of working with an agent who in the end told me 'maybe this isn't the right market for you', I was introduced to Sanit Kunplin Bordeianu who again inspired me that I could find my home in this tough market.  The morning I met Sanit, offers were due on my condo.  She worked incredibly fast to put together an offer and become acquainted with my lender.  There were 3 other offers on the table, both Sanit and lender did an excellent job in selling mine.  That evening, I received a call from Sanit with news my offer had been accepted!  During escrow, Sanit made sure all parties were on the same page and kept me up to date on progress.  She even took the time to review HOA documents with me.  After COE, Sanit has continued to stay in touch with me, making sure I'm settling in and happy.  I'd recommend Sanit to anyone who is looking for an agent who is warm, patient and knowledgeable.

We saw a ton of homes and  she was really patient through the process and equally charged up for every house we liked.
